- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Brown Sugar1 cup
- Maizena1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Crystal Sugar1 cup
- Water2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- *PASTA* Mash 2 bananas and mix with eggs, margarine and brown sugar.
- Add the oats and cornstarch and mix until smooth.
- Finally, add the chemical yeast and set aside.
- *BANANA IN SYRUP* 1. Cut the other two bananas into slices and set aside. 2. Melt the sugar until it is caramelized and add the water.
- *GREASING THE SHAPE* 1. Butter the sides of the round pan and add the oats to seal. 2. Place the sugar syrup in the bottom of the mold and then the bananas
- After the shape is prepared, put your dough and put it to bake until the cake is golden. I suggest you also do the knife test: when the cake is golden, pierce the cake with the knife, if the knife comes out clean it is a sign that the cake is ready.
- OBS.: Guys, I used two molds that together give the same amount as a traditional pudding oven right?! This measurement is for the traditional cake size!
