- Margarine or butter250 g
- Sugar250 g
- Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour500 g
- Milk300 ml
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- In the mixer put the sugar and margarine and beat for 2 minutes
- Add the eggs, milk, honey and flour (add the flour little by little) and beat for another 4 minutes until smooth and smooth.
- Finally add the baking powder and beat again or mix with a spatula
- Place paper suitable for baking in pie or cupcake molds, or grease pie molds with a little butter and flour
- Fill the molds with the dough to a little more than half
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Expect to cool down completely and unmold, ready 😋
- Tip: cut in half and serve with jam or whatever you prefer 😉
