- Couscous corn3 cup
- Canned green corn2 can(s)
- Milk250 ml
- Oil1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- grated coconut100 g
- Melted Guava1 cup
- Chemical Yeast3 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the milk, oil, eggs, sugar and green corn. Add the yeast and add the milarina flour and grated coconut. Beat for 10min
- In a greased and floured shape, add the homogeneous mixture. Bake in the oven for around 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test, if it comes clean you can take it out of the oven. Decorate with guava and grated coconut, serve!
