Ingredients: 1 cup liquid milk; 2 tablespoon Alcohol Vinegar; 3 unit(s) Egg; 1 cup Sugar; 3 tablespoon Butter; 1/2 cup 50% chocolate powder; 2 cup Wheat flour; 1 to taste Salt; 1 tablespoon Chemical Yeast; 1 to taste Vanilla essence

Misturar o vinagre no leite e deixar por 5min

Mix the vinegar in the milk and leave for 5 minutes.

Bater os ovos, açúcar e manteiga até homogeneizar. ( pode ser feito a mão)
Adicionar o chocolate em pó e depois a farinha de trigo peneirada. Adicionar essência de baunilha por volta de uma colher de sobremesa. Colocar uma pitada de sal e por último o fermento.

Assar em forno pré aquecido por volta de 40 a 50 min.
