- Chocolate powder (Nescau preferably)1 cup

- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (average temperature). Unterseeboot with butter and sprinkle with flour a mold with a hole in the middle.
- In the mixer, put the sugar and the powdered chocolate, passing through a sieve. Add the eggs and oil. On low speed (so the chocolate doesn't rise), beat the ingredients until well blended. Increase the speed and beat for a few more minutes.
- Meanwhile pass the flour through the sieve. Lower the speed again and gradually add the water and flour alternately, beating just to mix. Lastly, add the yeast.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Place a cake plate on top of the mold and, with the help of a dishtowel, turn it over once. Serve immediately.
