- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Boiling water1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk (syrup)1 cup
- Chocolate powder (syrup)4 tablespoon
- Margarine (syrup)2 tablespoon
- Prepare the dough:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the oil and mix well.
- Add the flour and chocolate powder and boiling water and mix until you form a smooth, homogeneous mass.
- Lastly, add the baking powder.
- Place this dough in a greased baking dish with margarine and sprinkled with powdered chocolate and bake for 40 minutes or until you stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Prepare the syrup:
- In a pan, add all the ingredients for the syrup and mix constantly, over low heat until thickened.
- Cover the cake next.
