- Butter90 g
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- In the mixer, I added the sugar and butter, beat until it became a fluffy cream, continued beating and added the eggs one by one.
- I turned off the mixer and added half of the coconut milk, flour, salt and yeast. In a greased and infarcted shape, I poured all the dough and took it to the oven for 40 minutes.
- Removed from the oven, pierced the whole cake with a fork and watered with coconut milk. I unmolded the cake and decorated it with grated coconut.
