- Milk120 ml
- Lemon juice120 ml
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest to taste
- COVERAGE to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Lemon juice2 unit(s)
- Blend the liquid ingredients in a blender. (minus the egg white)
- Place the dry ingredients together with the lemon zest in a bowl.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ones and mix well.
- Whisk the egg whites and then carefully mix into the cake batter.
- Place in a greased shape and bake for 20 min in an oven heated to 180°.
- ROOF
- Mix all the ingredients and put it on the cake while it is still warm.
