- Lemon juice4 unit(s)
- Lemon zest4 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In the blender add the eggs, sugar, milk, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and beat very well.
- Place the mixture in a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour, mixing slowly, add the yeast and mix.
- Place in a roasting pan greased with oil and flour and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 40 min.
- Mix 1 cx of condensed milk with the juice of 1 lemon and put it on top of the cake. Decorate with lemon zest.
