- Raw rice2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese30 g
- Milk120 ml
- Oil120 ml
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Soak the rice in water, cover and leave for at least 6 hours.
- After this time, drain the water
- Place the eggs, oil, milk, rice, sugar and Parmesan cheese in a blender.
- Beat well for about 2 - 3 minutes
- Add the chemical yeast and beat for another 20 seconds.
- Transfer to a greased shape with oil
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
- Unmold the slightly warm cake
