Wheat flour (1 cup cottage cheese)

Sugar (1 cup of curd, missing 2 fingers to fill)

Fluffy sponge cake with 3 ingredients

Separar as claras das gemas
E levar as claras e açúcar na batedeira até dobrar de volume , adicione as gemas e bate por mais 2 minutos, desligue a bateria e vai colocando a farinha aos poucos e mechendo de lentamente para não perder o ar das claras, coloque em uma forma untada e leve para assar por 30 minutos ou até ficar douradinho.

Obs...para mecher a massa use um fue,ou o garfo da batedeira,ou um batedor de clara ou um garfo normal ,mas sempre levemente.
_eu fiz meia receita usei forma 10x10 a receita completo deve render um bolo na forma 20x05.

Separate the whites from the yolks
And take the whites and sugar in the mixer until doubled in volume, add the yolks and beat for another 2 minutes, turn off the battery and gradually put the flour and stirring slowly so you don't lose the air of the whites, put it in a greased shape and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

Note...to stir the dough, use a whisk, or the mixer's fork, or an egg white beater or a normal fork, but always lightly.
_eu made half the recipe I used a 10x10 pan the complete recipe should yield a cake in a 20x05 pan.
