- 200ml coconut milk bottle1 ml
- sour cream1 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- And 1/2 of water1 cup
- Unflavored gelatin envelope1 unit(s)
- plums in syrup1 can(s)
- In a small bowl, put the water and pour the gelatin on top, very slowly so it doesn't clump, and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
- Then microwave for 15 seconds, or until the gelatin has melted.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender (except the can of plums, which should stay in the fridge until opened)
- Beat for a few minutes and place in a refractory to freeze (for at least 4 hours)
- Open the plum can and place it over the iced delicacy.
