Corn flakes or corn dough

Coloque o leite em uma panela leve ao fogo.

Put the milk in a pan and bring to the boil.

Acrescente a manteiga e o açúcar e deixe levantar fervura

Add the butter and sugar and bring to a boil.

Acrescente a massa ou flocos de milho aos poucos e mexendo sem parar.

Add the dough or corn flakes little by little, stirring constantly.

Deixe cozinhar até desgrudar do fundo da panela, sem parar de mexer.

Let it cook until it detaches from the bottom of the pan, stirring constantly.

Retire do fogo e coloque em uma fôrma de bolo de 25 cm, passe manteiga por cima e deixe esfriar.
Sirva 

Remove from heat and place in a 25 cm cake tin, butter over the top and let cool.
