- Condensed milk395 g
- Whole milk400 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vanilla5 ml
- Sugar200 g
- Cinnamon to taste
- Oil500 ml
- Separate and quantify the ingredients.
- Cut the bread 2 fingers thick. (Reserve)
- In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, milk and vanilla. Wet the bread one by one, squeezing well. Place on a tray, after you've done this on all of them, heat the oil and fry.
- And a bolw mix the sugar with the cinnamon, pass the fried breads and serve. If you want to stuff, use the stuffing of your choice.
