- Refined sugar3 cup
- White Vanilla1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Soybean oil3 cup
- Bread for French Toast1 unit(s)
- Mix the milk, eggs, yolks, 1 cup of sugar and white vanilla in a bowl.
- Put the 3 cups of oil in the frying pan (preferably deep) and let it heat up.
- Dip the already sliced breads (1.5cm thick) in the mixture described in step 1 and fry them.
- Place the already fried breads in a container lined with paper towels to drain the excess fat.
- Dip the buns, one by one, into the mixture of cinnamon and 2 cups of sugar.
