- Coconut milk400 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon Powder to taste

- Slice the bread into two-finger-thick slices.
- Reserve.
- Mix condensed milk, coconut milk and milk.
- Reserve.
- Place the eggs in another bowl and stir until the whites and yolks are mixed.
- Reserve.
- Mix the grated coconut with the sugar and set aside
- Dip each slice of bread in the milk, on both sides, making sure not to soak too much. Dip in the eggs.
- Place in a greased baking dish, (little) Take it to the oven until golden on one side and the other.
- Without letting it cool pass the sugar with grated coconut.
- Arrange on a tray and sprinkle with the remaining coconut sugar. I learned these delights of radish in Salvador since then it has become a tradition in my house.
