- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Stale bread cut into slices7 unit(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar and Cinnamon300 g
- Vanilla Essence30 ml
- Dulce de leche300 g
- Oil for frying to taste
- Boil milk with condensed milk and vanilla essence
- With the oil already hot, pass each bread first in the milk mixture then in the beaten eggs and fry until golden.
- Place on paper towel after frying. And roll in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- And with the help of a confectioner's sleeve, place the dulce de leche on top.
