- Fresh coconut milk150 ml
- Condensed milk200 ml
- LEAF Gelatin4 unit(s)
- Cream or fresh cream250 ml
- Heat the coconut milk WITHOUT BOILING
- Hydrate the gelatin following package instructions.
- Add the gelatin to the coconut milk and mix.
- Then add the condensed milk and stir.
- Whip the cream until it is slightly aerated (without stiffening, just thickening a little) and gradually incorporate it into the recipe.
- Put it in the shape you choose and take it to the fridge to chill and firm. Serve immediately
- *in the photo an individual portion in which I added a chestnut cupcake to form a base and bring flavor and texture
