- Ripe banana4 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Cut each banana into 3 parts and set aside.
- Place in separate dishes: breadcrumbs, wheat flour, milk.
- First pass the banana in the milk, then in the wheat flour, then again in the milk, then in the breadcrumbs.
- Do the same procedure with all the bananas.
- Fry them in oil, drain on paper towels.
