Turn off the mixer and add milk or hot water, turn the mixer on low speed and add flour, turn off and add the yeast and mix well, bake for 30 minutes. for syrup Mix condensed milk, coconut milk and 250 ml milk and mix well. Remove the cake from the oven, pierce a lot with a fork and pour the syrup all over it, then the grated coconut and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
