- Condensed milk395 g
- Coconut milk200 g
- Milk1 cup
- grated coconut150 g
- Beat the egg whites, add the yolks one by one
- Add the sugar gradually, then add the flour and milk alternately.
- Gently mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Take it to a greased shape and then to the oven preheated to 180°C.
- For the syrup, mix the condensed milk, coconut milk and milk, and pour over the baked cake, leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Portion and pass the grated coconut, serve cold.
