- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Boiling milk1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Milk2 cup
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- In electric mixer, beat the egg whites.
- Add the yolks and sugar and beat well.
- Add the wheat flour and milk and beat until the flour is incorporated.
- Add the baking soda and beat quickly.
- Pour into a greased shape with oil and flour and take to medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until baked and golden.
- For the syrup, just mix the condensed milk, coconut milk and milk well.
- After cold, cut the cake and dip in the syrup and then pass the grated coconut. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until chilled.
- If you prefer, just throw the syrup over the cake and sprinkle the coconut.
