- Put the eggs and sugar in the mixer, beat until you form a light cream,
- Then, at low power, gradually add the milk and wheat flour, and finally pour in the baking powder and stir with a spoon,
- Grease a mold with butter and wheat flour, pour the dough into the mold,
- Take to preheated oven 180° degrees for 40 or until golden.
- Let's go to the penthouse. In a pan, put the liter of milk, the condensed milk, and mix continuously until it thickens.
- Cut the cake into the same shape and pour the already cold frosting over the cake. Make some holes so that the stuffing enters the whole cake.
- Finish sprinkling grated coconut.
