Whole wheat flour2 cup
Butter2 tablespoon
Sugar-free pineapple juice1 cup
Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
Apple3 unit(s)
Banana3 unit(s)
Raisins2 tablespoon
Nuts or chestnuts2 tablespoon
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Baking soda1 coffee spoon
Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
Vanilla Whey20 g
Water4 tablespoon

In a bowl add the eggs, butter and sweetener and mix well with a wire whisk.
Add vanilla essence to cinnamon and ginger powder.
Gradually and alternating, add the flour and pineapple (or orange) juice.
Stir in the baking powder, bic, chopped fruit and nuts. Mix well.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
For the protein syrup, just dilute the whey with a little water until it has a cream consistency. Throw over the cake and sprinkle cinnamon.
