- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar-free pineapple juice1 cup
- Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Apple3 unit(s)
- Banana3 unit(s)
- Raisins2 tablespoon
- Nuts or chestnuts2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
- Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
- Vanilla Whey20 g
- Water4 tablespoon
- In a bowl add the eggs, butter and sweetener and mix well with a wire whisk.
- Add vanilla essence to cinnamon and ginger powder.
- Gradually and alternating, add the flour and pineapple (or orange) juice.
- Stir in the baking powder, bic, chopped fruit and nuts. Mix well.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
- For the protein syrup, just dilute the whey with a little water until it has a cream consistency. Throw over the cake and sprinkle cinnamon.
