- Vanilla essence or 1 vanilla bean36 g
- For the dough: Make a sablage with the flour, salt and cold butter.
- Place the farofa in a bowl and place the sugar and egg in the center.
- Incorporate the ingredients little by little, rub the dough 3 to 4 times.
- Place in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
- Open the dough and cover the rim, pierce it with a fork and turn it back to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Bake the dough at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Pastry Cream: Boil the milk with half the sugar;
- Mix and mix well the yolks with the other half of the sugar and incorporate the flour and starch;
- Add half of the boiled milk to this mixture and whisk vigorously, add the rest of the milk and heat for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken.
- Turn off the heat and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the cream so as not to create cream. Let cool.
- Stuff and decorate to taste with fruit. Fruits- Mango, strawberries, kiwi, grapes.
