- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Coconut Flour1 tablespoon
- Sweetener (erythritol)1 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- Add the butter with the chocolate mix everything very well
- Add eggs, flour and sweetener mix everything very well
- Place in skillet over low heat. And turn the Brownie halfway through, to bake well on both sides (approximately 5 minutes)
- Decorate as you wish. Suggestion: cashew nuts, grated coconut or even white chocolate chips, but in the latter case, it won't be low carb!
