- Panettone or chocolate1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk395 g
- Melted milk chocolate (separate 100g for decoration)300 g
- Whole Roasted Peanuts100 g
- Chocobawl Cereal100 g
- Icing sugar to taste
- Cut the panettone in half. Disregard the bottom. Wrap the panettone in an acetate sheet.
- Mix the melted chocolate, chocobawl, peanuts and condensed milk
- Turn the panettone upside down and pour the melted chocolate mixture, pressing so that it sticks to the panettone dough.
- Place in the fridge until firm.
- Remove the acetate and cover the panettone with the reserved melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle icing sugar
