- Recipe
- Coconut Milk Powder4 tablespoon
- Whey protein vanilla flavor4 tablespoon
- Galak white chocolate90 g
- Filtered or mineral water3 tablespoon
- Pistachio (optional) to taste
- Start by melting the white chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds.
- In a bowl mix the coconut milk powder with the whey protein
- Add the water little by little until you form a homogeneous and creamy cream (Nutella texture)
- Add the melted white chocolate and mix well until smooth.
- Put this ice cream mass in silicone molds for cupcakes.
- Add pistachios to taste (optional)
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
- unmold carefully
- Garnish with Pistachios (optional)
- Serve then 😉😋
