Ingredients
Recipe

Coconut Milk Powder4 tablespoon
Whey protein vanilla flavor4 tablespoon
Galak white chocolate90 g
Filtered or mineral water3 tablespoon
Pistachio (optional) to taste

Start by melting the white chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds.
In a bowl mix the coconut milk powder with the whey protein
Add the water little by little until you form a homogeneous and creamy cream (Nutella texture)
Add the melted white chocolate and mix well until smooth.
Put this ice cream mass in silicone molds for cupcakes.
Add pistachios to taste (optional)
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
unmold carefully
Garnish with Pistachios (optional)
Serve then 😉😋
