- White chocolate eggshell250 g
- Galak chocolate bar180 g
- Box of whey-free milk cream1/3 unit(s)
- Cognac1 tablespoon
- Milk chocolate bonbons (recipe in my profile) to taste
- Melt the Galak chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and when it is well melted, add the cream and mix well until smooth and creamy
- Add the cognac and mix until smooth, place in a jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Stuff the white chocolate eggshells with this truffle and finish with the milk or semisweet chocolates
- Tip: keep in fridge 😉
