  • Fresh cream200 g
  1. Chop the chocolate and set aside.
  2. Heat the cream until almost boiling.
  3. Pour over the chopped chocolate, mix well and let it rest for about 2 minutes. The heat of the cream should melt the chocolate.
  4. After two minutes mix until smooth. If there are still pieces, heat the mixture in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time. Heat, mix well, see if you need more and repeat if necessary.
  5. Immediately spread over the cake and let it rest. The ganache will harden a little when it reaches room temperature, but it doesn't solidify and remains creamy and delicious.
