- Dark chocolate200 g
- Fresh cream200 g
- Chop the chocolate and set aside.
- Heat the cream until almost boiling.
- Pour over the chopped chocolate, mix well and let it rest for about 2 minutes. The heat of the cream should melt the chocolate.
- After two minutes mix until smooth. If there are still pieces, heat the mixture in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time. Heat, mix well, see if you need more and repeat if necessary.
- Immediately spread over the cake and let it rest. The ganache will harden a little when it reaches room temperature, but it doesn't solidify and remains creamy and delicious.
