- milk200 ml
- powdered milk5 tablespoon
- unflavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- strawberry gelatin2 unit(s)
- In a blender, mix the condensed milk, cream, powdered milk, unflavored gelatin and the milk.
- Beat until smooth.
- Pour in a greased shape with oil and take it to the freezer for 1 hour and a half.
- In a container, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the warm water, add ice water and mix well.
- Add the unflavored gelatin and mix.
- Put the gelatin on top of the mousse and put it in the fridge for 5 hours.
