- Sour cream400 ml
- Colorless unflavored gelatin12 g
- Prepare the flavored jellies as explained on the package, but using half the indicated water (250ml) prepare each one in a container and refrigerate until firm.
- In the blender, beat the cream, condensed milk and the hydrated unflavored gelatin as indicated on the package and set aside.
- Cut the jellies into cubes and place in a refractory wet with water or in individual bowls.
- Pour the cream from the blender on top and mix slowly. Place in the fridge and serve when set.
