- 1 unflavored gelatin, 1 box of heavy cream, 1 condensed milk, 200ml of water, 1 flavored gelatin (I used grape)500 ml
- Hydrate the unflavored gelatin according to the manufacturer and set aside. In the blender, place the cream, condensed milk and beat for 3 minutes, add the colorless jello, it already hydrates, pour it into a pudding shape and take it to the fridge for 4 hours or until it's firm. Step 2. Boil 100ml of water and dissolve the gelatin with the chosen flavor, take it to the blender and blend with 100ml of cold water, blend for 2 minutes and let it cool. After cold and the cream is very white firm, carefully pour the cold gelatin and return to the fridge for another 4 hours until the gelatin is firm. serve ice cream
