- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Start by preparing the jellies as indicated on the package, dissolving them in hot water and then adding ice water. Then add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Divide the ready gelatin into 2 portions.
- Then, in a blender, beat the cream for 1-2 minutes or until very creamy. Tip: To beat the cream more easily, it must be cold.
- While beating the cream, add 1 portion of gelatin. Whisk until very well incorporated. Divide into glasses or a refractory and add the rest of the gelatin.
- Refrigerate your gelatin with sour cream for at least 2 hours – ideally leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Decorate after chilled and serve. Children will love it. Use gelatine of the same flavor.
