- Vanilla (optional) to taste
- Sugar2 cup
- Hot water1/2 cup
- I like to start with the syrup, so it cools down. Syrup. Bring the sugar to a low heat in the form of a pudding, when it starts to turn the color of caramel, add the hot water and let it boil until the sugar melts again. Reserve.
- Pudding. Sift the yolks (let the yolks pass through the sieve by themselves, do not force with a spoon or fork). After that, place the sieved yolks, condensed milk, milk and vanilla in a container (this recipe is to be beaten by hand and not in a blender). Mix well, pour into the pudding mold, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie until the fork comes out clean. After that, take it to the fridge overnight or for 6 hours.
