- unsalted butter200 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Whey-free cream1 can(s)
- Cornmeal Biscuit1 unit(s)
- Milk1 l
- Chocolate condensed milk or ice cream topping1 can(s)
- Put the butter and sugar in the mixer and beat until you get a very fluffy and smooth cream.
- Add the cream and beat quickly just to combine.
- Turn off the mixer and set aside
- Separate a medium container to assemble the candy
- Add a little milk in a deep dish and quickly wet some cornstarch cookies
- Line the bottom of the chosen container with a layer of wafer
- Add a layer of the reserved cream over the cookies.
- Add another layer of cookies soaked in milk and repeat the procedure ending with the cookie
- Cover the last layer of cookies with chocolate-flavored condensed milk (store-bought or topping)
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until the candy is well chilled.
- Remove the candy from the fridge and serve immediately.
