- Let the milk boil, after it has cooled, strain it if necessary. Bake the cake on a medium square baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 min.
- When it comes out of the oven, wait for it to cool and cut in half, stuffing with 500 grams of dulce de leche and cover with the other part of the dough, cut into pieces and bathe in noble chocolate. Wait for it to harden in the fridge and you are ready to serve.
