- Nutmeg1/2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Butter100 g
- Brown Sugar1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Baking soda1/2 tablespoon
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Cane molasses200 g
- Ginger Powder1 tablespoon
- Beat butter and brown sugar until doubled in volume. Add the eggs and spices (powdered ginger, powdered cinnamon, powdered cloves, baking soda, nutmeg powder)
- Finish by adding the wheat flour until it no longer sticks to your hands.
- Roll out the dough and cut it with the cutters, bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and it's ready to serve with coffee
