Cinnamon1 tablespoon
Clove1 tablespoon
Nutmeg1/2 tablespoon
Wheat Flour3 cup
Butter100 g
Brown Sugar1/2 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Baking soda1/2 tablespoon
Corn Starch2 tablespoon
Cane molasses200 g
Ginger Powder1 tablespoon

Beat butter and brown sugar until doubled in volume. Add the eggs and spices (powdered ginger, powdered cinnamon, powdered cloves, baking soda, nutmeg powder)
Finish by adding the wheat flour until it no longer sticks to your hands.
Roll out the dough and cut it with the cutters, bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and it's ready to serve with coffee
