- Condensed milk01 can(s)
- Chocolate powder01 tablespoon
- Margarine02 tablespoon
- Peanut without skin and without salt300 g
- In a pan, add the sugar and stir until it melts.
- Once melted, add the water and stir until the sugar dissolves completely (be careful with this part because the sugar can bubble up when you add the water)
- With the sugar already dissolved, add the condensed milk, the margarine, the chocolate powder and mix well.
- If it boils, leave it on low heat until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan (like brigadeiro point).
- Finally, add the peanuts and stir for about 5 minutes with the fire still on.
- Transfer the candy to a plate greased with margarine and let it cool.
- If you prefer, cut the candy into squares and roll in the refined sugar.
