- Xylitol3/4 cup
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
- Special gluten-free flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Zero dulce de leche200 g
- Sour cream100 ml
- For the dough, mix everything until smooth and place in a small greased shape (20 cm diameter) with oil and flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Syrup: 200g dulce de leche (I used Flormel) 100 ml of sour cream Heat the dulce de leche for 30 seconds in the microwave. Whisk in the cream and pour on top. Sprinkle xylitol with cinnamon!
