- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil75 g

- Natural yogurt50 g
- Very ripe mashed bananas450 g
- Vanilla extract or essence1 teaspoon
- Mix all dry ingredients in a container.
- Mix all the wet ingredients in another container, including the mashed bananas.
- Add the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
- Grease an English cake pan with coconut oil and place the dough.
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 180°C in a preheated oven.
