- Sugar1/2 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Rice flour1 cup
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 to taste
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 20cm round pan with oil and cinnamon powder. Beat the eggs until foamy, add the liquid ingredients and then the dry ingredients. Finally, gently mix the bicarbonate and baking powder. Pour half of the dough into the pan, put the 1/3 of banana in slices and cover with the rest of the dough. Bake for 30 minutes until the toothpick comes out "dry".
