- Gluten-free amine flour2 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Vegetable oil100 ml
- Alcohol Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1/4 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Candied fruit150 g
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl add the flour, cinnamon and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the oil and 400 ml of water. Mix well.
- Mix the candied fruits and then add the bicarbonate, vinegar and yeast. Gently mix these last added ingredients.
- Transfer the cake to a greased pan.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes. The time will depend on your oven.
- ATTENTION: Never open the oven to see how the cake is doing before 20 minutes.
