- Sugar2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in a blender. Pour this mixture into a container and then add the flour and baking powder.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes. I always do the toothpick test to make sure it is fully baked. Then, wait for it to cool down to unmold. Enjoy with a cup of coffee
