- Large Carrot1 unit(s)
- Sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Rice Flour1 cup
- Corn Starch1/2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate Chips to taste
- Beat the eggs, carrots, oil and sugar in a blender for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl put the flour and mix the liquid, lastly the yeast.
- Put it in a greased and infarcted shape. Add chocolate chips to taste
- Bake for 30/35 minutes at 180°C
