- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder1/2 cup
- 70% chocolate powder1 tablespoon
- hydrated rice2 cup
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Before starting, soak the rice for 2 hours and drain.
- Place the rice in the blender and blend until it becomes a bran.
- Add the eggs, demerara sugar, coconut oil, warm water and beat until combined.
- Add the cocoa powder and cocoa and pulse some more.
- When it becomes homogeneous, pour it into a cake form and bake at 180° for 25-30 Min.
