- Water100 ml
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Xylitol1/2 cup
- Rice flour1 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- In a blender, beat all the ingredients, leaving the yeast last, mix it with a spatula;
- Place in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes;
- FILLING: Put on fire: 2 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup coconut sugar 100 ml of water
- Obs.: in the video I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil, but you can add 2 more of olive oil to make the dough more moist.
