- Orange juice1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Oil120 ml
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Grease a baking sheet and set aside
- Blend the liquid ingredients in the blender
- Add the cornmeal and beat again for 1 minute.
- Add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Bake in medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
