- How to prepare In the mixer, put 3 egg whites and beat until the point of snow whites. Then add 3 egg yolks and 2 cups of sugar. Beat until you get a homogeneous mass. Then add 2 cups of rice flour, 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of melted butter and beat the dough well. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of baking powder, the whites that we beat before and mix gently. Divide the dough into two bowls. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of chocolate milk and mix. In a greased and floured form, place the white dough. Then add the chocolate dough. Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Stick a toothpick to see if it's ready. If it comes out clean, you can remove it from the oven and serve.
